I have of my own persnal knowledge , since 1995 been in direct contact and have personal knowledge of and with each judge below  (except  dowds replacement) since 1995-  their is only one  case where 'quasi' justice finally prevailed, as such; I will be voting all  Judges  out of retention "except"  Andrews and the new guy ;-)   IACHR (Dombrowski v US)
 
With 'hope' enough for our future; our 'children' and in voice for the countless 'pandemic'' of victims justice denied then re-victimized.

Div 1 - Hon. Jan W. Leuenberger -
 1995 ordered conciliation after crowbar assault, while perp was on probation from a prior assualt and conviction; per probation requirements was of one;
 NO CONTACT WITH VICTIM- after this  assault-the 'perp' was given early realease probation to his already  lengthy history of CR  for 'good behavior'.
 Ironically his wife Bev Luenberger was co founder building block to the BWTF- he is opposite and therfore his ruling on the perp in HIS abuse was more important than the the abuse and or harm inflicted upon his victim- Yeah pretty crazy huh..?

1995- (her son and my 'perps' son where 'friends'-  we all lived out on 'stepford' wife road- she gave me orders of protection- yet refused to enforce after numerous violations of said order. In fact- in my 'stark' surprise and shock- (after another brutal assault) they were all on phone with each other- Sn Co Sherriff Department (now there is a whole other DOJ story)
