Ironically; this Judges wife, Bev Luenburger was an excellent 'therapist for 'victims' - (not perps) she also was base in the forming of the BWTF.

 

 

 State v.Mason

-"Further, Dr. Rodeheffer and Dr. Peterson have stated in their reports that Mr. Mason's actions were not driven by any sort of pedophilia. Mr. Mason does not fit the characteristics of a pedophile and does not present a significant risk for recidivism".

 

" He is currently being treated by Dr. Rodeheffer for his mental health issues and regularly sees Dr. Rodeheffer for individual sessions. "

STATEMENT OF CHIEF JUDGE NANCY PARRISH REGARDING JUDGE DOWD


Chief Judge Nancy Parrish announced on 06/30/08 that Judge Dowd had disqualified himself from hearing cases involving allegations of sexual offenses due to the appearance that his impartiality might be questioned because of the intense public reaction to some of his prior sentencings. Judge Dowd previously announced he will retire on September 1, 2008.

Due to the potential for appeal, Chief Judge Parrish will not be commenting beyond this statement.
